We are excited to share an important feature launch called Bulk SMS Campaign Builder. Many of our users have been asked for this feature for last few months and here we are with our first version. In this version, you will be able to maintain contact lists, schedule bulk text campaigns either for immediate run or for future date/time. In coming weeks & months, we will be adding analytics and more controls to this feature. Our goal is to build this feature into MailChimp for SMS ??
How To Send Bulk SMS with JustCall
Follow the following 4 steps to create and send bulk SMS to your customers, leads and contacts.
- Head over to the Bulk text Messages Section Get started by creating a contacts list by uploading a CSV file.

Once you’ve created a list by uploading your contacts via CSV File, go to Create Campaign.

You’d need to select the list of contacts you want to send the text to, the phone number from which the messages will be sent, campaign schedule (send now or send later) and message content. Once done, you can save it to proceed further.

Now, our system will process the campaign details to evaluate the cost involved to send the texts. You will receive an email once this evaluation process is complete (takes about 2-5 minutes).

You can click on Pay Now link to make the payment from your available credits to activate the campaign.
Manage Replies from your JustCall Text Inbox
Once you send you SMS campaign, some people will obviously reply to your texts to ask more about your service/offer. You won’t miss a single reply because you can access & manage these replies from your JustCall Text Inbox area. And, you can continue the conversation in a threaded form from their itself.
